Definitely all recommendations, especially if you are foreign and need full help with the entire process! We came without appointment and were very lucky to meet Artan Ibraimi who spoke perfect English and was beyond friendly and professional. Artan helped us with the paperwork, registration, explained everything in detail since we pretty much new nothing, and everything in such friendly and relaxed manner :) He even went to gas station after work to explain us different gas quality and how to do it in here (since it was our first time in Germany for everything regarding car). We live in Jena and the CarUnion did registration for us with small fee, and Artan even explained us pros and cons of different insurance companies. Thank you once again Artan, we are very happy with the purchase :))
